Cut a slice of sponge cake with a 20 cm hoop
Spread with milk or sugar syrup on top
Place a saucepan on medium heat
Add 500 ml of milk, 120gr sugar ,1 dessert spoon vanilla extract, 40gr corn- flour and stir well until it boils
Pour the hot cream on the sponge cake
Let it cool for 15 minutes
Boil 200 ml water
Pour the hot water in a bowl
Add 1 sachet of Mac Magic strawberry jelly
Stir well
Add 200 ml of cold water and stir at the same time
Let it cool for almost 10 minutes
Pour the jelly on the top of the cream with a spoon
Let it cool for 3 hours
Tip: To unmold the cake easily, heat the hoop with a hair dryer
In the mixer add 5 eggs and sugar and stir them together until they become our meringue
In a bowl add flour, baking powder, vanillas and stir softly. Add the mixture slowly into the meringue and continue to stir gently.
Oil a 20 cm hoop and bake in a preheated oven on the heating elements, in 170οC, for 30 minutes.
If we want a chocolate sponge cake, we replace 30 gr flour with 30 gr cocoa
