Dessert with cream and pineapple jelly

Ingredients:
 1 packet biscuits petit-beurre
 1 lt low-fat milk
 200 gr sugar
 400 ml of water
 ½ cup of low-fat milk
Steps:
1

Prepare the pudding cream with vanilla flavor based on the packaging instructions using fresh milk and sugar

For the jelly, dissolve the contents of the sachet in 200 ml boiled water and stir well

Add 200 ml cold water and stir well. Divide into 2 bowls and leave to cool.

Place the biscuits in a large container; pour the cream on top carefully and afterwards put it in the fridge. Let it sit until it becomes cool and tight.

For jelly, in a bowl dissolve the contents of a sachet in 200 ml of boiled water and stir well

Add 200 ml cold water and stir well

Pour the jelly slowly on the dessert

Place it in the fridge until the jelly stabilizes

9

Cut in slices and serve

Tip 1: To prevent the cookies from rising, pour the cream using the spatula
Tip 2: For a uniform result, spread the jelly using a spoon
