
Ingredients for the dough:
1 ½ cup of all-purpose flour
⅓ cup lukewarm milk or water
2 scoops oil
½ dessert spoon salt
Ingredients for the stuffing:
2 medium onions in slices
2 scoops butter
½ dessert spoon origan
Salt, pepper
3 scoops ketchup
2 scoops mustard
2 cups of grated cheese and gruyere
8 sausages (instead of sausages you can put slices of salami or ham)
1 cut tomato
Steps:

Stir the Mac Magic dry instant yeast with the flour and lukewarm milk or water

Add the rest of the ingredients and knead until the dough becomes soft and elastic

On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a thin sheet

Place it in a 30 cm oven pan

Spread the mustard and the ketchup

Sauté lightly the onions in butter, add salt, pepper, oregon and spread the mixture over ketchup

Sparkle with the half cheese, add sausages and sparkle on top with the other half cheese

Add tomato, cover it and let it in a warm place for 30 minutes

Bake in a preheated oven set to 200οC for 20 minutes
