For donut mixture, pour all the Ingredients in a bowl with a spoon and mix until they become porridge.
Cover with a transparent film and let it double approximately for 45-90 minutes
Heat plenty of seed oil in a large saucepan.
Fry the donuts when the oil temperature reaches 160οC.
Take a glass of water and dip the teaspoon and with the other hand dip, our handful into the porridge and pressing lightly with our index finger and thumb, the porridge comes out like a small ball.
