Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with oil paste.
Cut the puff pastry into square sheets and pierce them with a fork (we can sprinkle with granulated sugar for extra caramel)
Bake for 20 minutes in 180οC
Let the baked puff pastry cool completely.
For creating the cream, whip the Mac Magic instant cocoa cream with hazelnut flavor according to the packaging instructions.
Cut the peeled banana into pieces
Break the hazelnuts in a bag into small pieces
Put the Mac Magic hazelnut cocoa cream in a pastry bag.
Place a sheet of puff pastry on the plate (put cream under it to prevent it from slipping).
Put hazelnut cream, some pieces of banana and broken hazelnuts. Repeat accordingly.
Cover with a puff pastry sheet.
Sprinkle broken hazelnuts and powdered sugar with a strainer on the puff pastry sheet.
Tip 1: In order the puff pastry not to swell, bake with weight from above. A second pan could also be used.
Tip 2: Before breaking the puff pastry, wait for it to be completely cool.
