
Ingredients:
2 eggs
350 ml milk
70 gr melted butter
Garnishment with fruits and honey
Procedure:

In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well with a balloon whisk until it becomes a homogenous mixture

Preheat the pan, as we have buttered the pan before.

Filled a cup of coffee with the pancake mixture and empty it in the center of the hot pan.

Let is baked from the one side, when you see small holes in the uncooked area lower the fire and flip the pancake to be baked in the other side.

For fluffy pancaked don’t flip it up over 1 time.

Repeat these steps for all the mixture and serve them with fruits and honey.
