350 ml milk
70gr melted butter
4 poached or fried eggs

Spinach or lettuce
A bit of hollandaise sauce or melted Philadelphia cheese
Procedure:

Add in a bowl all the ingredients and stir well with a balloon whisk and it becomes a homogenous mixture

Preheat the pan, as we have buttered the pan before.

Filled a cup of coffee with the pancake mixture and empty it in the center of the hot pan.

Let is baked from the one side, when you see small holes in the uncooked area lower the fire and flip the pancake to be baked in the other side.

For fluffy pancaked don’t flip it up over 1 time.

Repeat these steps for all the mixture

Set the pancakes in a plate and in turn add pancake, cheese, turkey meat

In the end garnish with a poached or fried egg and hollandaise sauce or Philadelphia cheese
