Ingredients:
 375 ml water
 550 gr. Sugar
 250 gr. Shredded phyllo
 90 gr. Melted butter
 1320 ml. of milk
Steps:
1

Put a non-stick pan on a medium heat

Add 375ml of water , 450gr of Sugar and stir well

As soon as it starts to boil, remove from the heat and let it cool

4

Separate 250 gr. Shredded phyllo dough with our hands

5

Brush a baking pan with melted butter

6

Spread the shredded phyllo on top and pour over 90 gr. melted butter

7

Bake in preheated oven at 160οC for 1 hour

8

Pour the cold syrup over the hot shredded phyllo and we turn over

9

Put a non-stick pan on a medium heat

Add 1.120 ml of milk

Put: 90gr Mac Magic pudding cream with vanilla flavor, 100gr sugar, and 200 ml of milk in a bowl. Stir well

As soon as the milk starts to boil, add the pudding mixture and stir

13

Pour the cream into a bowl and we cover it with cling film

14

Refrigerate for about 2 hours

Put the cream into mixer and beat the pudding with the paddle attachment

16

Use 7 plastic bowls or glasses

17

Put in each bowl shredded phyllo and put the cream on top

18

Garnish optionally with Mac Magic instant vanilla whipped cream

Grated pistachios
