Pineapple mousse

Ingredients:
 1 sachet of Mac Magic jelly with pineapple flavor
 200 ml of boiled water
 300 gr creamy cheese
 ½ fresh pineapple in cubes
 ¼ cup of roasted and unsalted Aegina pistachios
 1 lime
Steps:

Clean and cut the pineapple in small cubes. Let the liquids strain. (Or buy peeled pineapple)

Make the pineapple jelly with half of the water (only the boiled water, we do not add cold water). Let it cool.

Take the cheese cream out of the fridge and put it in a bowl with the pineapple jelly. Beat with a mixer until it becomes a smoothie cream.

Add the pineapple cubes, lime zest and the half of pistachios. At the same time stir softly with a spoon.

Serve in glasses and sparkle the rest of the pistachios on each glass. Add extra lime zest

Freeze them for 2 hours.
