Crumble with whipped cream & caramelized apples

Ingredients:
 1 packet of Mac Magic whipped cream with vanilla flavor
 80 gr hazel
 80 gr Aegina peanuts
 120 gr of all-purpose flour
 70 ml olive oil
 Cinnamon
 4 apples
 ½ dessert spoon cinnamon powder
 200 ml of milk
Steps:

Put the hazel, the Aegina peanuts, flour, salt, sugar and the olive oil in a blender. Beat the ingredients for few seconds until they become homogenized.

In a pan apply a greaseproof paper and spread the mixture in a thin thickness and bake at 160οC for 15 minutes until it becomes crunchy

In a non-stick pan cook the sugar and the apples until they caramelize slightly, put them in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. Let them cool.

Prepare the Mac Magic whipped cream with vanilla, by using 1 sachet and follow the instructions on the package.

In a deep plate spread the whipped cream. Then place the caramelized apples and on top spread crumbed biscuit.
