Cheesecake with double cherry

Ingredients:
 1 sachet of Mac Magic jelly with cherry flavor
 1 sachet of Mac Magic whipped cream with vanilla flavor
 200 gr chocolate biscuits
 80 gr melted butter
 250 gr cheese cream
 200 gr cherries
 200 ml of milk
 400 ml of water
Steps:

Place the biscuits in a bowl and break them

Add the melted butter and stir well

In a form put down an oiled paper with the mixture and the biscuits. Place it evenly on the base and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

Clean the cherries from the stones and cut them in the middle

Prepare the Mac Magic whipped cream with vanilla flavor in a bowl, based on the packaging instructions. Add the cheese cream and lemon zest and stir for a little bit until it becomes homogenized

Add cherries and stir with a spoon. Place the mixture in a form and put it to fridge for 1 – 1:30 hour

In a bowl prepare the Mac Magic cherry jelly, based on the packaging instructions. Let it thicken slightly

Take the form and add the jelly softly on the top of the cream. Put it in the fridge for 2 hours

Unmold and serve

Tip 2: For a uniform result, spread the jelly using a spoon
